What is the Delivery Process? Kitchen to Reseller and Reseller to the End Consumer?

Food cooked in our own State-of-Art Kitchens, is delivered Point-to-Point to Resellers in GPS enabled Clean and Safe Vehicles by Dedicated Delivery Team. Last Mile delivery to End Consumers handled by Reseller

What is the Cut-Off Time and Date for a particular order?

Last orders for a particular date can be placed before 9Pm of the previous day.

Can a Reseller buy goods on Credit? If Yes, what is the Credit Limit and Credit Period?

What is the Reseller Revenue Model?

Commision based. Reseller can make upto 15% of the MRP as his Income.

In case of Quality or Taste complaint from a consumer, what is the ZOIFFIN policy on refunds or replacements?

Zoiffin will be incharge of handling all customer complaints relating to food including refunds and replacements.

What is the Reseller Revenue Model?

If there is a demand for a particular dish that is not in the Master Food Inventory, a Reseller can send a mail to support@zoiffin.com requesting the availability of the said dish. The Base Kitchen team will try and include the same dish in the Food Inventory, if the same dish can be prepared using the available resources.

Can a Reseller fix his own prices for a particular dish?

The MRP of every dish is fixed by the Master Admin at Zoiffin. In case a reseller wants to increase the Sellable price, he can discuss the same with his Reseller Relationship Executive. The RR executive will get the prices changed from Master Admin, after taking necessary approvals.
